Highly respected Trucking company with over 20 years of excellent service is seeking CDL class A truck drivers and Straight Truck Drivers for their Michigan location. This position could be Direct Hire with the right experience or Temp to hire with less experience. This fleet of delivery trucks are available to ensure that our customers receive the products they need...when and where they need to have them. Proper safety and maintenance is extremely important and a high company focus. Our job is to connect you with safe, rewarding work while maintaining your flexibility and work / life balance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections
• Keep equipment clean and presentable
• Drive in a safe manner at all times
• Use delivery tools such as; Pallet Jack, Dolly, Lift gate.
• Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Multiple job opportunities with just one application – We have local and long distance positions available
• Help load and unload products for clients
• Eligibility for Full benefits package upon hire
Job Requirements
• Valid Chauffeur License & DOT card
• Company will supply all equipment, PPE and documents needed to perform job duties
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Ability to pass background requirements, No DUI/DWI convictions that are less than 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years OR more than 1 moving violation and 1 accident in the last 3 years
• No education requirements
